1. Confirm your column mapping
Suggested matches use DockReady's supported shipment fields. Choose the correct source column for each field you need. Unmapped fields are not checked.
Map customer, address and other shipment columns
If your headers need custom mapping, recreate that mapping in the paid workspace. This preview does not transfer it.
2. Choose your reference checks
These example rules check for non-empty text. Placeholders such as “N/A” or “-” count as present; confirm they are real references. Turn off a reference if your team does not require it at this stage.

What this preview checks
Presence of the PO and PRO fields you select; valid YYYY-MM-DD dates; positive numeric weight in lb; and whole-number pallet counts from 1 to 1000, when those fields are supplied and mapped. This is a limited evaluation, not the full paid import validator or an operational shipping clearance.
The CSV workflow uses one row per shipment. Item-level exports, mixed handling units, custom ERP integrations, hazardous-material certification and international documents need a separate assessment. Your team checks document suitability and data accuracy.
